What to expect

Trees are not manufactured items; every tree grows with its own distinct shape, branch pattern, and character.

The photograph shows a mature or representative version of the same species, size grade, or variety that you will receive.

Be assure them you will be getting the exact correct tree species you requested.

Size/Grade: i can confirm that the height, pot size, or root state (e.g., bare-root or potted) will matches what you have purchased.

There maybe minor differences in branch counts or leaf density to the photo on this website.
